BDO Kendalls has been providing assurance and business advisory services
to Credit Unions and Building Societies since 1965. We act as auditor
for 14 credit unions and povide business and taxation advice to a large
number of other credit unions and industry bodies.
We specialise in advice in relation to Risk Management systems and provide
internal audit services to a number of credit unions.
Clients include:
- Credit Union Australia;
- Queensland Teachers Credit Union;
- Queenslanders Credit Union; and
- Queensland Country Credit Union.
BDO Kendalls has developed a specialised audit software program specifically
for the credit union industry called CAPS.
Computer Consultancy Services for CAPS
BDO Kendalls Consulting Pty Ltd is a specialist IT division of BDO Kendalls.
Its main function is to develop and support CAPS, a computer audit program
system designed specifically for credit unions and building societies.
CAPS is currently used by more than 130 financial institutions throughout
Australia.
